Currently....

My life is in utter chaos. After the weekend, school hit me HARDDDDD. I wasn't exactly...prepared for how much homework I needed to do. At first, I thought "I only have 2 subjects to get done on Monday, I should be fine"...little did I know that one of the assignments I needed to accomplish included writing a 2-4 page ESSAY!..by Tuesday. Well, it was a rough draft, but......still. I woke up early at 5 in the morning on Monday in order to get my Chemistry done. The rest of the day I read.....and read....and read...and read and read and read Frankenstein until late at night. I didnt finish until 6 in the morning.... And did I mention that this week I have drama rehearsals every day from 6-9???? That's when I get the majority of my homework done.. hehe.

Anyways. This is pretty much just a post to complain about how unfortunate it is that I had a midterm last week, essays this week, three drama performances and tons more rehearsals and a 25-lines poem recitation due next week.

Hope you're all coping better than I am. :/

  2. I know how it is! As I was reading your post, I remembered one of my favorite verses, especially in crazy times: "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22) And because I'm an ultimate geek, I know it in French and like the way it says it even better. In French, it basically says, "Give back your burden to the Lord." I love that way of phrasing it because it points out that the burden of our worries was never ours to bear. I hope this encourages you!

  3. Yeah, it really is just a cloud looming over my head. As soon as drama is over, I have to hit the books hard all weekend. :/ But thank you Renee, those verses are encouraging. I will try to rest in God's promises, and trust Him.
